Defective Products
Should your item arrive defective, you are welcome to send it back to us for either a refund or a replacement within 14 days from the date you receive it. Please note that the cost of return shipping is not refundable under these circumstances.
An item only qualifies for return if it has not been used, remains in the same state in which it reached you, and is still in its original packaging.
Returns (If Applicable)
As soon as your returned item reaches us and has been inspected, you will get an email confirming that we have it. That same message will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit will appear on the payment method you originally used, within a set number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
Still waiting on a refund that has not arrived? Please work through these checks:
Take another look at your bank account.
Reach out to your credit card company — it can take extra time before a refund is posted.
Get in touch with your bank, since their processing windows differ.

Exchanges
Items are replaced only when they are defective or arrive damaged.
To swap an item for the very same product, please write to us at holdmatephone@gmail.com.
Shipping Instructions
Return instructions, including the address to ship your item to, will be sent to you by email.
The shipping cost of sending an item back is paid by the customer.
Those shipping charges are non-refundable.
Should a refund be granted, the price of return shipping may be subtracted from the amount you get back.
Keep in mind that how long an exchanged item takes to reach you can differ based on where you live.
When an item is worth more than 100 USD, we suggest shipping it with a tracked service or adding shipping insurance. Holdmate is unable to guarantee that your returned item will reach us.
